2009

AOT was certified as C-TPAT partner with U.S.-Customs authorities.

2006

In April A.O.T. Japan Ltd established a sales representation in Osaka and Nagoya.

2004

AOT Europe was established as a sales office.

2002

In February AOT Gulf Ltd. commenced operation near Houston, TX airport.

1996

AOT established an affiliate company under the name of A.O.T. Freight Ltd. specializing in Japanese traffics.

1995

AOT established the second branch office in Long Island, NY near JFK airport under the name of A.O.T. Atlantic Ltd. AOT joined FANA (Forwarding Agencies Network Association) a network of small forwarders registered in Hong Kong.

1987

AOT obtained the IATA License under the name of AOT Air Transport.

1986

AOT opens the first branch office in Los Angeles under the name of A.O.T. Pacific Ltd. Later in the same year A.O.T. Japan Ltd. was incorporated and become fully operational.

1985

AOT obtained the customs broker license under the name of AOT Customs Services.

1982

In April American Overseas Transport Ltd. (AOT) was established at Chicago with a sales office in Tokyo/Japan. A NVOCC tariff under the name of WORLD CONSOLIDATORS was filed with the FMC (Federal Maritime Commission). In May AOT commences operation for ocean exports from USA to Japan.
